explosiveness. You'll learn elite level strategies to maximize your jump heights
and distances in these tests.
The difference between an elite result and a
good result can be a result of inches or
even reps. At ECP we want to give you as big of an advantage as possible to maximize every inch in
the vertical and broad jump, and every rep in the 225 bench test. You will
receive personalized video feedback on your training performances and clear next steps on how
to make improvements week to week.
